Whether you are a seasoned HR person looking to give back or a new graduate, this volunteer role holds a lot of variety. Projects will be varied and includes refining policies and procedures across the organisation; assisting with developing training modules, developing job descriptions, assisting with investigations and complaints, workplace health and safety, staff onboarding and induction, exit interviews, journey mapping and team building activities. Working with people across the organisation, this role can be done remotely and a commitment of a minimum of 5 hours a week is required.
