Brad’s Journey to Grace
Brad never imagined he’d be homeless. Once the owner of a butchery and living life like a “rock star,” Brad’s world collapsed after a breakup. He lost his savings, his home, and eventually ended up in a hostel with nowhere to turn. That was until Sheltered by Grace answered his call—literally.
We gave Brad more than a bed—we gave him a chance to rebuild. Now, he’s not just surviving—he’s thriving. Brad’s story is just one of many made possible by generous people who choose to sponsor a homeless person and believe in second chances.

Paige
Coming from a domestic violence situation, Paige found herself addicted to methamphetamine to cope with her trauma. She checked herself into another rehab but was asked to leave following her choice to start cigarette smoking again. When she came to Sheltered by Grace, she joined our recovery program and worked hard to change her life. We are really proud of Paige for finishing her rehab and getting her life back on track.

Karen hit rock bottom—sick, homeless, and addicted. But after joining our Rehab Recovery Program and working with our team, she rebuilt her health and confidence. She later became a House Mother, got clean, and reconnected with her family. Today, she’s living independently in housing, and finally meeting her grandchildren for the first time.
Sarah
A survivor of domestic violence and drug addiction, Sarah lost custody of her children and nearly lost hope. But through Sheltered by Grace’s structured support, she found stability, completed rehab, and trained as a Disability Support Worker.
